I've been cooking a lot lately. I put on Pandora, pour myself a glass of red wine, and prepare my ingredients. All in a neat row. The room warms, and an aroma of butter, cream, garlic, onion, cheese, rosemary, etc. begins to fill the air. And my soul feels soothed. I've been making chicken enchiladas, experimenting with chili, homemade fettuccine alfredo, french muffins, roasted nuts, brunches, and so much more. Baking sweets. Cooking salties and savories. I'm satisfied.
